Eduwatch is a 501 (c)(3) educational nonprofit organization headquartered in Gaithersburg, Maryland in the United States of America that provides educational materials and resources to needy Nigerian schools and educational institutions. Eduwatch was founded in 2001.
We are committed to ensuring the meaningful education of Nigerian children in order to promote peaceful co-existence, global understanding and a world citizenry that is both responsible and productive.
Our mission is to provide all Nigerian children access to appropriate educational resources and opportunities through schools and educational institutions.
The Eduwatch team is led by Enitan Doherty-Mason, a Nigerian-American educator and educational consultant who has been resident in the United States since 1976. She enjoys writing social commentaries and changing the world one person at a time.
Since the inception of Eduwatch in 2001, we have been able to deliver education resources to schools in Delta State, Imo State, Lagos State, Ogun State, Ondo State, Osun State and Oyo State to date. It is our hope to extend our reach through out Nigeria.
