Guidelines for Books for Schools Program

In order to participate in the books for schools program partner schools:

• Must indicate an interest in receiving books or other instructional materials from Eduwatch
• Must have identified the financial resources to cover the recovery fee and shipping cost
• May not sell any of the books or educational materials received
• Must agree to maintain and catalogue books and other media provided by Eduwatch as part of the school library collection and not the personal property of any individual(s)
• Must be willing to provide Eduwatch staff access to the materials upon request
• Must be able to periodically re-evaluate the needs of the school in terms of the types and usefulness of books and media it receives from Eduwatch
• Must be willing to provide students and staff of the school continued access to the books and other media
• Recognize that Eduwatch has the right to discontinue a school's participation in this program at any time at its discretion.
