Eduwatch Joins Hands with Organizations in Nigeria

The National Teachers' Institute (NTI), a distance teacher training organization with presence in all 36 states in Nigeria, is one of the organizations that have agreed to collaborate with Eduwatch. NTI will bring its experience with distance learning to bear on the professional training that Eduwatch will deliver to in-service teachers at its partner schools.

The Reading Association of Nigeria (R.A.N.) and Eduwatch have entered into a discussion on partnering for the purpose of promoting literacy among Nigerian children and their families.

Unicef has launched a new initiative, The Child Friendly Schools Initiative (CFSI), aimed at improving the quality of basic education by raising the standards of the learning environment in schools. Eduwatch will be collaborating with Unicef through its field office in Abuja in this effort to promote quality education in a safe and healthy environment.
